Enterprise SEO Case Study: Repositioning a Global Company for Search and AI Leadership

A market-leading enterprise brand was strong in traditional search but nearly invisible in AI answers. We rebuilt its Share of Voice, theme ownership, and citation footprint until it led every tracked competitor across every AI platform.

What Was the Enterprise SEO and AI Visibility Challenge?

Buyers had started their research inside AI assistants — and the brand simply wasn't surfacing. Competitors with weaker products were being named and cited more often, shaping the shortlist before a sales conversation ever began.

We ran a Generative Engine Optimization program: mapping the non-branded questions buyers ask, publishing authoritative content designed to be cited, earning digital-PR placements, and structuring every asset so AI engines could confidently attribute answers to the brand. Progress was tracked continuously across search and five AI platforms.

Within the engagement, the brand moved from an also-ran to the reference source across the category.
